Bingo

Hello Bingo Players!

We are happy to announce that we reopened our doors on Tuesday, July 7th. As you can imagine, we will have a few things to ask of you as you step through our doors for the first time in almost 4 months.

In order for us to be open, we are required to do things a bit different than we are all used to. I’m sure all of you will understand and together we can make bingo at the forum a great experience.

Please believe us when we say a lot of thought has been put into us reopening, with the safety of our customers and staff being the highest priority.

  1. Due to the social distancing guidelines, we have had to drastically reduce our table and seating capacity. Therefore, the customer demand for seating might be higher than what we can safely fit in our building. At least in the short term, we will be using a phone-in reservation system to guarantee seating until capacity is reached. If there are available spots, walkins will be permitted until table / seating capacity is reached on a first come first serve basis. Please review the reservation guideline at the end of this fact sheet for more information.
  2. For the first few weeks we will be open, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday Saturday and Sunday. This will allow us to make adjustments and take reservations efficiently.
  3. Please sit at your assigned table and sit with who you booked with.
  4. We will only be seating people on one side of the table, with a maximum of 2 per table, to ensure staff can sell cards without getting too close. We highly encourage customers to sit in pairs, but will make allowances for those customers who might be playing bingo without anyone in their 10 person gathering limit. UPDATE: We now have some tables for 3 or 4 people to sit together
  5. Staff will be required to wear masks on the floor and follow a sanitizing schedule.
  6. Customers will be required to use hand sanitizer upon entry into the bingo hall.
  7. It is highly recommended that you bring a bottle of hand sanitizer with your bingo supplies for your personal use at your table. Several hand sanitizer dispensers will be available in the hall as well..
  8. Due to the new provincial regulations, masks must be worn in all public places, including bingo.  The only exceptions will be when you are eating or drinking, or if you have a medical condition that prevents you from wearing a mask. However, for the protection of our staff, we ask you to wear a mask by all parties at your table when you do floor purchases. Staff will not be permitted to sell to your table unless all parties at your table have a mask on at the time of purchase. This includes sales of specials, bonanza and break-opens.
  9. Please respect the 6 foot social distancing rules, we have done our best to ensure this is easily done within the hall. Please be patient and try and follow the rules the best you can.
  10. We will try and disinfect all high touch surfaces regularly during the night.
  11. When bingo is over we will have to follow a strict exiting procedure. We will go row by row. If you are nervous or are not in a hurry please be patient and wait until everyone has exited.
  12. Unfortunately, due to our diminished in-hall capacity, our pricing and prize structure has been slightly altered. Please visit the Bingo section of this website to see the update bingo format, pricing structure, and prizes.
  13. At the present time, there will be no canteen service or water station. There will be a pop / water vending machine that will be sanitized throughout the night. At this time, please feel free to bring whatever food requirements you might have, as well as a water bottle.
  14. Unfortunately, at this time, our loyalty program has been postponed. We will review a possible return in the coming weeks.
  15. For the health and safety of everyone in our facility, customers displaying any of the signs of COVID-19 will be refused entry. Please stay home and cancel your reservation if you have one of the following symptoms of COVID-19:
    1. fever (chills, sweats)
    2. cough or worsening of a previous cough
    3. sore throat
    4. Headache
    5. shortness of breath
    6. muscle aches
    7. Sneezing
    8. nasal congestion or runny nose
    9. hoarse voice
    10. Diarrhea
    11. unusual fatigue
    12. loss of sense of smell or taste
    13. red, purple or bluish lesions on the feet, toes or fingers without clear cause

  1. If possible, please try to have exact change for each cash transaction. Especially for floor sales.
  2. Our twoonie pot, which as of July 7th stands at $436, will continue as usual. The Rainbow loonie pot ($3983 as of July 7th) and One Liner loonie pot ( as of July 7th starts at $5000, 1st reserve of $5000, and 2nd reserve of $1465) will still continue. However, at least in the short term, they will not be a must go on the 13th and 21st of each month. As they cap at $5000 (as the one liner loonie already is) we will announce the date they will be a must go at an advertised day in the future. Please stay tuned for that day shortly.
  3. Under the current restricted seating capacity, we have altered the progressive building bonanza pot. It will now go up $100 every bingo session, instead of the previous $300.Everything else will remain the same.
  4.

We want to thank everyone in advance for being patient in this unprecedented time. Over the first week or two, we expect we will have a better understanding of what our industry will look like in the near future and may make modifications as we learn more.

We are really excited to get back to bingo! See you next week.
