Public Skates

PUBLIC SKATING

10:00am – 11:00am Mondays and Wednesdays

COST: FREE

FEBRUARY        14,16,23,28

MARCH             2,7,9,21,30 

– Masks are required but can be removed while skating

– Helmets encouraged for all, but mandatory for people 12 and under

– Skaters 16 and under must be present with a participating adult

– Access to rink is 15 minutes before start time

-Doors will be locked 5 minutes after start time

– Proof of vaccine is required for participants 12 and older

 

EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 29, 2021

 

PARTICIPANTS:

  1. Rink access is 15 minutes before scheduled time
  2. Groups of 10 are permitted and includes players and coaches
  3. Two cohorts of 10 are allowed but must be kept separate from each other at all times. This would include dressing rooms and on-ice, and coaches are not allowed to move between the two groups.
  4. 1 safety rep and/or 1 team manager is allowed in during their ice session to help enforce rules and to be present in case of an injury to a player.  They must sit in seats and not circulate throughout the building once session has started.  2 people maximum. 
  5. All users must use assigned dressing rooms
  6. Masks are required to and from dressing rooms and must be kept on while in dressing room until helmets are on
  7. Participants must stay in dressing room until ice time begins (no warm-ups in halls or other common areas)
  8. Participants must exit within 10 minutes of leaving the ice
  9. Proof of vaccine is required

 

SPECTATORS:

  • No spectators permitted

 

FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF ICE
